There are many ways in which corporate and/or event branding can be introduced into your displays and décor plan. The ultimate goal of course, is to, with budget in mind, create something memorable and interactive, thereby impacting our guests’ perceptions of the event, as well as any companies that may be involved with the event.
By creating a unique experience via quality touch points, we are working to ‘elevate the experience’ and connection with our audience. By using opportunities to introduce branding in an impactful and relevant way, we strengthen and better our brand equity.
As you will see in this display, there are several unique and effective touch points where branding, be it specific to the company or the event, have been used:
Picture Frames with Prints: A spin on traditional signage methods, incorporate frames with customized prints into your décor. The prints can include a corporate logo, company tagline, or the event logo.
Hashtag Cut-outs: Get social with your guests! These hashtag cut-outs are a great way to let your attendees know of any hashtags specific to the event that you may want used on social media. They are another opportunity to generate awareness to the event or company brand.
Logo Cut-out: A different spin on the focal point of a centerpiece.
Literature Vase Wraps: Using vases, an element in your tablescape, as another opportunity to communicate with your guests.
Programs: Including programs at a guest’s place setting is a traditional method to communicate any messaging and branding to your guest.
Cushions: Whether throw pillows in a soft seating or lounge space, or seat cushions on guests’ chairs, here is another unique touch point opportunity for branding or messaging.
Greenery and Florals: Prime opportunities to engage your guests are at entrance and exit points. Use shrubs and greenery, as seen in this display, and incorporate logos or messages into them.
