Corporate event design
We provide corporate event design Canada-wide. Corporate event design is the difference between a room with your logo in it and a room that actually communicates something. We design events around what the organisation is trying to say — to staff, to clients, to donors — then work backwards to the floorplan, the lighting states, the staging and the materials.
Design runs alongside production rather than ahead of it. A concept that cannot be lit, rigged or loaded into the room on schedule is not a design, and separating the two is why event concepts so often arrive on the night looking diminished.
Immersive event design
Immersive event design, Canada-wide, is our most involved design work. Immersive design treats the whole venue as the experience rather than decorating a stage at one end of it. That can mean designing how guests move through a space, what they encounter on arrival, how the environment changes across the evening, or building an environment that guests are inside rather than watching.
It suits launches, brand experiences and celebrations where the objective is a memory rather than a message. It needs planning early — immersive concepts are difficult to bolt on once a venue and budget are locked.
