Objective: If there is anything this lively gentleman is known for, it would be his iconic glasses, great sense of humor and being widely referred to as ‘wise old owl”! The objective here was for Merwan to be celebrated in as many ways as possible before he left the office for his retirement.
Outcomes: Guests came to celebrate his stories and victories and present him with gifts for his long time of service. We provided his favorite drinks and snacks as refreshments, a band played his favorite songs, and a Merwan puppet was made. A special highlight from the evening was staff across Canada made a video to thank him; Merwan was really surprised!
