This program has been created to showcase and raise the profile of various venues in and around Edmonton, and to position venues in front of their target audience and provide greater awareness!
Whether the general public looking for a fantastic space to host their next event, a bride-to-be, event planners, or companies and organizations in need of venue space. This opportunity not only increases your venue’s visibility online with your target audience, but also provides you with professional photographs that can be used in your marketing material and promotional collateral.
Marketing & Promotion Service Options:
“Package A” includes the following:
30 Minute Site Visit (up to a maximum of 30 minutes)
Tycoon Events’ Commitment:
• Featured on Tycoon Event Planning & Promotion’s website
• Social media promotions, via Tycoon Event Planning & Promotions’ social media platforms, to include:
1 (one) Twitter featured post,
1 (one) Facebook featured post,
1 (one) Instagram featured post,
1 (one) LinkedIn featured post, and
1 (one) Google+ featured post.
Photographer’s Commitment:
• 5 professional photos to showcase the venue. The venue will confirm the specifics of the 5 photos in advance.
• Share or re-tweet Tycoon Events’ social media posts.
Investment = $575.00 + GST
“Package B” includes the following:
60 Minute Site Visit (up to a maximum of 60 minutes)
Tycoon Events’ Commitment:
• Featured on Tycoon Event Planning & Promotion’s website
• Social media promotions, via Tycoon Event Planning & Promotions’ social media platforms, to include:
1 (one) Twitter featured post,
1 (one) Facebook featured post,
1 (one) Instagram featured post,
1 (one) LinkedIn featured post, and
1 (one) Google+ featured post.
• Profile to be included in 1 (one) dedicated blog post by Tycoon Event Planning & Promotions, with a link to the venue’s website.
Photographer’s Commitment:
• A minimum of 10 professional to showcase the venue. The venue will confirm the specifics of the 10 photos in advance.
• Share or re-tweet Tycoon Events’ social media posts.
• Profile to be included in 1 (one) dedicated blog post and posting date be done at the discretion of the photographer, but staggered from Tycoon Event’s blog post.
Investment = $750.00 + GST
What To Expect:
Step 1: Please complete the Venue Information Form with as much information as possible.
Step 2: Once your form is submitted, we will be in touch to send you a contract and invoice.
Step 3: Once the contract has been signed and payment has been received, we will then coordinate a date and time for the site visit and photography.
Step 4: Promotional services as outlined in your respective package will follow!
