A large share of our work is for Alberta credit unions, health foundations, associations, post-secondary institutions and public-sector bodies. These organisations tend to have procurement requirements, board reporting and accountability expectations that a purely commercial event supplier does not always plan for. Most engagements start with a conversation about what the event has to achieve and what budget exists to achieve it. From there we scope the work — full event management, production only, or consulting support for a team running the event themselves — and agree who is responsible for what before anything gets booked. That scoping step prevents the gaps that appear when an organisation assumes a supplier is handling something nobody actually owns.

Live, hybrid and virtual events across Alberta

Distance is the recurring problem with provincial events — not everyone can travel to Edmonton or Calgary for a single day, and attendance suffers for it. Hybrid and virtual formats solve part of that, but only when the programme is genuinely designed for a remote audience rather than streamed at them. We plan and produce all three formats, and will say plainly when a format is the wrong choice for your objective.
