Objective: Don had been with The Little Potato Company for over 30 years and was soon to retire. This internal event was for staff and family to congratulate, celebrate and roast Don for his contribution to the organization. The Little Potato Company wanted to incorporate a roast, as Don is a joking guy who loves to laugh!
Outcomes: Everything that Don loves was added to the event. From the Toronto Blue Jays themed cupcakes and liquor infused gummies, to the paper airplanes in the floral (to represent his love of travel). Guests laughed and cried as they joked at his expense, and cheered on his much deserved retirement.
